Notebook of miscellaneous documents on Blauvelt, including Annie Sickels' school reports, 1868-1869, blacksmith's bill, 1925, photocopy of map of the Tappan Patent, ca. 1713, and photographs and clippings of schools, businesses, buildings, roads, and the Blauvelt family, ca. 1910-1988; photographs and postcards, ca. 1880-1963, of historic houses, village scenes, railroad depot, and restoration work on the Blauvelt Free Library; railroad timetables and maps, 1884; and miscellaneous clippings, programs, obituaries, and maps, 1876-1981. Also includes a survey of abandoned cemeteries in Rockland County, giving information on each cemetery with some tombstone transcripts, 1936; correspondence pertaining to county records and a possible County Archives, 1973; and a survey of attitudes toward government in Rockland County, 1974.
